Deposit to be paid on acceptance of booking.

The balance to be paid at the time of visit by ourselves to view the route and make the final arrangements. (Approximately two weeks prior to the Wedding date)

Please Note: In the event of cancellation by the client it is understood that the deposit is not refundable.

If however, due to unforeseen circumstances, A W Jones Carriages is unable to fulfil its obligation the deposit will be refunded in full.
